Purpose of the service
SchoolPickupLine is a browser-based queue-management and communication tool for school dismissal. It is intended for use by authorized school personnel in connection with a school's pickup process.
Authorized use
Access to SchoolPickupLine is intended only for a school, district, or other authorized educational organization and the personnel it authorizes to use the service. Schools are responsible for deciding which staff members should receive access and what role level they should have.
Operational responsibility and safety
SchoolPickupLine helps organize and communicate pickup information, but it is not a student-custody or physical-safety decision system. Schools remain responsible for student supervision, custody and authorized-pickup verification, student release, traffic and vehicle management, emergency procedures, and all physical-safety decisions connected with dismissal.
Accounts and credentials
Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user credentials and for promptly disabling accounts that are no longer needed. Shared or inappropriate use of credentials can reduce accountability and auditability.
Acceptable use
Users may not use SchoolPickupLine to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use the service for purposes unrelated to authorized school dismissal operations.
Availability and changes
SchoolPickupLine may be updated, improved, or modified from time to time. We may also make operational or design changes intended to improve reliability, usability, or security.
Intellectual property
SchoolPickupLine, its software, and related branding remain the property of 527 Holdings, LLC or its licensors. A school's own logos, colors, student information, and related school content remain the property or responsibility of the school or district supplying them.
Termination
Access may be suspended or ended if a school stops using the service, violates these terms, or no longer maintains an active arrangement for the service.
Further agreements
For school trials, purchases, or district review, 527 Holdings, LLC may provide a separate Use & Data Agreement or other implementation documents. If a separate signed agreement applies, that agreement controls over this public website summary.
